- How much does an EnjoyCard cost?
- Just £10 for six months of savings or £15 for a full year. It’s a one-off cost, so you're under no obligation to get additional cards in the future. If you'd like additional cards for friends or family you get a 20% discount on every card.
- Where can I use my EnjoyCard?
- You can use your card at any business listed online at EnjoyCards.com, in our promotional literature or wherever you see the EnjoyCard logo displayed.
- Help! I've lost my card, what do I do now?
- First, have a really good look around. If you can't find it then contact card services on the number above and we'll see what we can do to help (although there may be a small charge to cover the cost of a replacement card).
- What's a BONUS VOUCHER and how do I use them?
- EnjoyCard have invited some of our favourite businesses to include a special one-off discount to make it even easier for you to save big with your EnjoyCard. These high value offers can be used only once and have an expiration date printed on them. Simply present the voucher when paying for your goods or services at the listed merchant. You may be asked to present your EnjoyCard at the same time so make sure you have it with you.
- Why do I have to give my email address / mobile number?
- You don't, but providing your contact details allows you to get updates about new offers in your area and special card-holder events and special deals.
- Who gets to see my information?
- Just us. EnjoyCard operate a strict Privacy Policy and are registered with the Information Commissioner. If a business asks for your card number or a signature it is for their own records only - they never have access to any of your personal information. - Can my friends and family use my card?
- The cardholder must be present when using EnjoyCard as you might be asked for your signature, but anyone can use your card so long as you're there too.
- How does the 30-day guarantee work?
- We're so confident that you'll enjoy using your EnjoyCard that we offer a 30-day, no quibble money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your card simply contact card services. You'll be asked to return your card by post and we'll send you a cheque for the full purchase price of the card. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this offer to cards offered through third parties.
- I don't have a credit card or use cheques, how can I get an EnjoyCard?
- No problems. You can purchase your card at a number of retail outlets - simply contact us by phone or email and we'll find your nearest one for you. Alternatively, you can pay by postal order that you can get in any Post Office.
- I tried to use my card and the business said they don't accept it anymore - what can I do?
- Unfortunately, from time to time businesses leave the program, possibly due to new owners or policy changes. If you have any problems using your card please contact Card Services on 0845 838 7915 and we will do our best to sort out any disputes as quickly as possible although we can't guarantee a replacement offer.
